Join us for a hypnotic evening of yoga flow, sound bath and spa session. We start with a dynamic vinyasa flow, using breath and mudras to deepen the experience. Afterwards, enjoy a longer savasana with sound bath and positive suggestions. Your host Ewa Josefsson is a certified hypnotist and yoga teacher. 
$75 includes indoor baths afterward
