Bootcamp at The Standard, Miami Tomorrow!

We swear… it feels better when it hurts a little.  Looking to improve your physique in time for summer pool parties at The Standard Miami? We have got just the workout regime for you – Bootcamp with Viktoria Telek and Keith Darby. Every week they hit the deck (the mud dock actually) with a handful of loyal devotees in a heart-pumping non-stop mix of Plyometrics, Cardio, Yoga, Resistance Training, Kick Boxing, Athletic Intervals, Running, and Calisthenics.

This Saturday Viktoria and Keith will lead a boot camp class designed to transform your body, offer nutrition tips to help you lose weight and of course get you ready for bathing suit season (lucky for us, that’s practically every season for us here in Miami!). Bikini Body Workshop, Saturday April 16, 10 – 11:30am. $50 includes day pass / $25 for members

Viktoria Telek featured in Shape Magazine

Viktoria Telek, Fitness Expert, Model, Lifestyle Consultant and Commercial Real Estate Broker, incorporates living a healthy, fit and active lifestyle into her everyday life.   Viktoria has spent over 8 years in the fitness/health club arena and believes in order to be consistent and effectively live an active lifestyle it is essential to find activities that you are passionate about and enjoy.  Viktoria was named winner of SHAPE’s 2010 Wilhelmina Hot Body Model Search. She’s convinced, “If you look forward to your workout or physical activity then you will want to be active every day.”  A former athlete, Viktoria is a trained boxer, runner and dancer. She also enjoys beach volleyball, swimming, biking, wakeboarding, surfing, tennis, kite surfing, SUP (stand-up paddle boarding), yoga, snowboarding, and golf.


Keith Darby is a fitness spokesman and South Florida Commercial real estate broker balances his successful real estate career while enjoying a healthy active lifestyle.  Keith enjoyed an active youth with his 3 younger siblings excelling in the organized team sports of soccer, baseball, swimming, basketball, volleyball and wrestling.  Since relocating to Miami in 2003, he embraced South Florida’s climate to take advantage of kite boarding, wakeboarding, surfing, beach volleyball and other active outdoor activities.  At the same time, Keith’s passion for martial arts and boxing began to transform his body and he began to tailor his fitness training to improve upon his martial art skills.
