We really don’t love a workout. The most exercise I get is walking to the bar, raising my left arm, pointing my finger at the bartender, stretching for my wallet and raising my right arm, placing the martini on my lips before returning it to rest on the bar. I’m already breaking a sweat just writing about it! Phew!
But this workout isn’t always the workout of choice for everyone. If you think back to the 80s, a fitness phenomenon swept the world, and it was all the brainchild of one gorgeous woman by the name of Jane Fonda! Yes. You might have heard of Jane Fonda’s Workout? Don’t sweat it (pun not intended, but it’s staying) because the workout is BACK!
This past week at The Standard, Hollywood, Jane and her merry band of fitness gurus, including one of our favorites, Tara Stiles, re-launched the workout with four new DVDs!
