With the arrival of Fall and the holidays just around the corner, we tend to turn to our favorite seasonal drinks to help ease the nip of the winter chill to come.  One of the most revered is warm apple cider.  Just the slightest hint of its sweet aroma in the air can evoke childhood memories.

Apple cider has made it’s way onto many restaurant menus in the form of mulled apple cider or cider martinis.  The Standard Grill has introduced the Applesec Cocktail this season.  Made with fresh sparkling cider, mint and just a touch of lemon, it’s the perfect refrain from a mad day in the concrete jungle.
