Tara Stiles is not your typical yoga instructor.  She doesn’t have a crystal collection and wouldn’t be caught dead in socks with sandals.  What she does offer is yoga that’s accessible to everyone, anywhere. Her series of instructional videos include hangover curing workouts and yoga poses you can do while lying on the couch. She’s even shot some of her yoga videos inside The Standard, Hollywood guest rooms to prove that being on vacation is no excuse.

It’s not all talk either, Tara Stiles also has the street cred to back up her moves.   Tara is the personal yoga instructor to Deepak Chopra , runs her own NYC based yoga studio, Strala, she’s the yoga expert for Women’s Health Magazine, the author of Slim Calm Sexy Yoga, and she blogs about yoga for The Huffington Post.
