The Standard

One of our favorite one-stop travel shops is located in New York City, and it’s called Flight 001.  (That’s pronounced Flight One).  This little non-descript store is the brainchild of John Sencion and Brad John, and it’s name after Pan Am’s first flight ever.  We love ingenuity!

Anyway, while on a business flight between Paris and New York, John & Brad, realized that they had spent way too much time prepping for their constant travels and envisioned a store that made travel shopping as streamlined as traveling itself.  Clearly, this thought had occurred to them prior to 2001 when air travel went into a downward sprial, but we digress…
