Last year, when someone finally told me that I didn’t need a driver’s license to ride a bike, I moved “Learn To Ride Bike” straight to the top of my Teux Deux list! And just in time too! Remember last year’s bikes?
Being that I live my life season by season as opposed to year by year, I needed a new to bike to complement my Fall Winter designer fashions, and my Stan D’elovelies at our International HQ totally Stan D’elivered!
I’d like to introduce to you this season’s new Standard, New York Bicycle made in Scotland by Paper Bicycle and designed by Nick Lobnitz in conjunction with us over here at The Standards. Available for the first time in the United States, this Scottish masterpiece combines and a clean and design coupled with unisex functionality. I’ll take two please and will remember to stay in the bike lane!

It features a matte black frame with a gold Standard logo, a special gold plated kickstand, one speed with coaster brake, powder coated aluminum chainguard, adjustable seat, cromo steel frame, gold head badge, full coverage fenders and a brass bell. Ding Ding Ding!

There are only 10 bikes at The Standard, New York, and they are only available to hotel guests for use on their daily adventures, but if you want one for yourself, you can call our friends over at Adeline Adeline. Happy biking!
xoxo
