The Standard

Noemie Lafrance is a renowned site-specific choreographer, artist and director based in New York. Her most well known work may be everyone’s favorite music video - Feist’s 1, 2, 3, 4 - but she’s also been commissioned to use Frank Gehry’s architecture around the world by both Bard College and Tiffany and Co. While you can view her work on her website, we’re especially proud of our presentation and it’s ability to approximate the work’s original location and feel. We are pleased to present an original work by Noemie Lafrance which is projected off our Rooftop at The Standard Downtown LA for the duration of PULSE. What began as a live performance eventually synthesized into the production of Melt.
