This is the time of the year we call “Listmas”. It’s that one month where most magazines rate their best albums of the year. It seems Spin Magazine printed their own version of Top 50. Judging by Spin’s angry chat boards, music fans were rabid with odd selections. Take note. Music fans are a little passionate about their lists.

So we decided to take a glance at Pitchforks Top 50 Albums of 2011, and found a bunch of interesting selections.
