Gearing up for a chilly weekend stuck in the house? Fear not, our friends at The Cinefamily are about to bring a little sunshine to your computer screen. This Saturday through Sunday is Cinefamily’s Fantastic Elastic 24-Hour Holiday Telethon and it will be live-streamed all weekend!

Highlights include a live interview with Spike Jonze, LA Weekly’s Jonathan Gold talking about “Food and Film”, Benicio Del Toro presenting Kaneto Shindo’s masterpiece The Naked Island, Thu Tran (Food Party) showing a new short film about her experiments in black-light food, Everything is Terrible staging a takeover, Stephin Merritt of The Magnetic Fields keeping you up in the wee hours with his own short-film soundtracks, animation historian Jerry Beck presenting an ode to wild and pioneering children’s programming, conversations with Elliott Gould and so much more!!
