The healing properties of hydrotherapy are based on its mechanical and thermal effects, influencing the production of stress hormones, improving circulation and digestion, encouraging the flow of blood, and lessening the body’s sensitivity to pain. Less stress equals less frown marks. Schedule a Hamam Rub + Scrub and melt away on the warm marble in the hamam.
Am: Stay Hydrated! And try adding lemons in whenever possible. Lemon juice contains one of the AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids aka citric acid).
