JIVAMUKTA
Designed for the modern spiritual seeker by David Life and Sharron Gannon, Jivamukta combines ancient vedic rituals, intense physical asanas, music, intellectual inquiry and meditation. Here, the focus is on the concept of Bhakti: That self-realization is the end-goal of all yoga. A truly mind-blowing workout.
VINYASA FLOW
A dynamic form of yoga that connects and coordinates asana movements with breathing exercises. “The linking of breath with movement allows for a powerful energy building experience that creates strength and flexibility throughout the body, and a deep, relaxed clarity in the mind,” Mina says. Blissed-out instructor Arianne Traverso will be your tour guide on the path to enlightenment/perfect abs.
